A little About Us
The history of our Group can be traced back to the incorporation of Jati Tinggi Sdn Bhd in 2003. Subsequently, in 2019 we assumed our present name of Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd.
We deliver infrastructure, utilities and engineering solutions for the electricity supply industry and also serve the telecommunications industry. Specifically, we undertake:
• the provision of underground and overhead utilities engineering services and solutions;
• substation engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) services;
• the trading of equipment for substations; and
• street lighting services.
In our early days, we successfully secured a project for the construction and completion of street lighting works and other associated works for the Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Expressway (now known as Maju Expressway). Subsequently, we ventured into underground infrastructure utilities, amongst others, we secured an electricity distribution-related project to undertake 11kV underground cable installation works for a substation feeder in Putrajaya. We then expanded our range of services to cater for telecommunications industry whereby we have successfully undertaken projects relating to civil infrastructure, fibre optics cabling system works, as well as maintenance of outside plants for the telecommunications sector.
We also secured several projects for the construction of power cable manhole and ducting systems along the way which helped us build our technical capabilities to serve the electricity supply and telecommunications industries in Peninsular Malaysia.
Over the years, we have secured larger and more technically complex projects, which have supported the growth of our business. To date, our project credentials for the electricity supply industry include 11kV, 33kV, 132kV, 275kV and 500kV underground cable installation, testing and commissioning projects, substation engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) projects, piloting works and power supply cable relocation works for MRT projects.
Today, our team has multidisciplinary capabilities in underground and overhead utilities engineering projects to support electricity distribution and transmission as well as telecommunications networks.
